NSIA Insurance gets ISO certification
NSIA Insurance Limited has been awarded ISO 9001:2015 Certification by the Standards Organisation of Nigeria (SON), the representative of the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) in Nigeria.
The company achieved this certification due to its successful implementation of the quality management system and priority for customer satisfaction. The certification ensures that all processes within the organisation are standardised to meet best practices, which aligns with NSIA’s drive for excellence.
